The three-year project “nurse Managers for safety” is close to the end. The Massive Open Online Course for nurse managers on the topics of patient safety and the nursing work environment has been improved thanks to the results of the pilot phase and it’s ready to be disseminated internationally!
The course will be free and accessible from all over the world in four languages: German, Greek, Italian and English.
The results of the project have been disseminated through national events in Germany, and Switzerland and soon also Cyprus, and with an oral presentation during the Royal College of Nursing International Nursing Research Conference that has been held in Cardiff (UK) on 5th-6th September 2022.
A final multiplier event targeted at future and actual nurse managers will be held in Udine on September 30th with speakers from Cyprus, Germany, Italy, and Switzerland. The topics that will be covered encompass patient safety, nursing work environment, missed nursing care and the NM4SAFETY project.
